Today a group from MS Europe was with us.
There was an engaged group that participated, and they had many questions along the way. Both at Ishavsmuseet and Polarstar. Great to have an engaged group 🤗

Join us for the Midsummer celebration at Polarstar, Saturday, June 20, 2026. 🔥

The Slinningsbålet bonfire in Ålesund is the world's largest annual bonfire, and perhaps the world's most famous, nearly 40 meters high.
This year you can celebrate Midsummer on board with us on M/S Polarstar.
We start at Brandal on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM with a calm sail into the Åsefjord, while a cold buffet with seafood, cured meats, etc. is served.
Afterwards, there will be a Midsummer celebration on board when we lie down by the Slinningsbålet bonfire and enjoy the fire from the ship.
Open bar during the entire sailing period with the possibility of purchasing drinks and snacks.

Historic day 🤩
Hareid's first cruise port call was today. And Polarstar was out with passengers from the cruise ship Artania.

The weather cooperated, and it was a great day.
